Dr. Trent Nessler is a sports physical therapist and biomechanist who founded The Athlete Lab in Franklin, Tennessee, serving Brentwood, Nashville and Middle Tennessee. The practice focuses on sports rehabilitation, ACL rehab and return-to-sport testing for athletes from recreational to Olympic and professional, plus a Vector Warrior Resiliency Program for BJJ, MMA and military/law-enforcement tactical athletes. He holds a bachelor's in exercise physiology, a master's in physical therapy and a doctorate focused on biomechanics and motor learning, with over 25 years of clinical experience and work with Olympic, NFL, NHL and NBA teams. Services include 3D movement assessment (ViMove+), blood flow restriction, Class IV laser, shockwave and concierge sports PT. Cash-based practice offering in-clinic and virtual visits; financing available.
