How RightPT works

Find the right physical therapist, book or request a match, and pay them directly — with no insurance company in the room.

RightPT is a cash-pay, out-of-network marketplace. Therapists don't bill insurance — you pay them directly, and most provide a superbill so you can ask your plan about out-of-network reimbursement afterward. How paying cash works →

  1. 1

    Search and compare

Search by what hurts, where you are, and how you want to be seen — in clinic, at home, or virtual. Compare specialties, prices where they're published, and availability.

  2. 2

Book online, or request a free match

Providers who take bookings on RightPT show a live calendar and their prices — pick a time and book. For every other listing, request a match: we check availability and the cash price with the practice and reply within one business day with next steps — a booking isn't guaranteed, but you'll always hear back.

  3. 3

Pay your PT directly and get a superbill

You pay the therapist, not an insurer, so nothing about your care is dictated by a billing code. Most providers give you a superbill you can send to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement, or pay with an HSA or FSA.

Two kinds of profiles, and what “verified” means on each

Every profile says which kind it is. We only call a provider verified when RightPT has actually reviewed their license.

Off-platform listing

Directory listings

  • Compiled from public sources and not yet verified by RightPT — the profile says so.
