Your Privacy Choices

This page is the RightPT “Your Privacy Choices” / “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link required by the CCPA/CPRA. It explains the choices you have over your personal information and how to exercise them. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice.

Opt Out of “Sale” or “Sharing”

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use cookies and analytics that could be considered “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out:

• Email us at admin@rightpt.com with the subject “Privacy Choices — Opt Out of Sale/Sharing” from the email address associated with your account (or include the email you use on RightPT).
• Use Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC browser signals as valid opt-out requests. Most modern browsers and extensions let you enable GPC in their privacy settings.
• Control cookies in your browser as described in our Cookie Policy.

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You may ask us to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services. Email admin@rightpt.com with the subject “Privacy Choices — Limit Sensitive Personal Information.”

Access, Delete, or Correct Your Information

Subject to verification and legal exceptions, you may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and consumer health data has additional rights described in our Consumer Health Data Notice. Submit requests to admin@rightpt.com. (You can also correct much of your profile information directly in your account.) We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request, generally respond within 45 days (extendable where permitted, with notice), and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
