Dr. Tamra Wroblesky, PT, DPT

Dr. Tamra Wroblesky is a pelvic and women's health physical therapist and co-founder of Inner Dynamics Physical Therapy, with offices in Toms River and Ocean, New Jersey. She combines pelvic health with an orthopedic, hands-on focus and has a special interest in the female athlete, including weightlifters and CrossFit athletes, and in preventive protocols to limit injury; she is a USA Weightlifting certified sport performance coach and a 2017 APTA Emerging Leader award recipient who lectures on pelvic health for performance.
