Dr. Sarah Hughes, PT, DPT, OCS, CF-L2

Dr. Sarah Hughes is a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist and the owner of Arrow Physical Therapy Seattle in Seattle, Washington. A former ballet dancer and CrossFit Level 2 trainer who has coached since 2014, she works with dancers, performing artists, and CrossFit and barbell athletes, applying weightlifting and functional fitness strategies to patients of all backgrounds, and she teaches continuing education for physical therapists through Herman & Wallace.
