Founder of Arrow Physical Therapy, an out-of-network, cash-based mobile pelvic health practice serving the Phoenix area (primary office at 2627 N 3rd St, Phoenix; also treats Fridays at Acacia Natural Medicine in Scottsdale). Dr. Arrow (they/them) earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Arizona School of Health Sciences and a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona, and has treated since 2010. Specializing in comprehensive, inclusive pelvic floor and connective-tissue care, Arrow is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming, treating all ages and genders including pre/post gender-affirming surgery.
