Dr. Lauren LePage is a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist and the owner of Anchor Physical Therapy & Performance in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She integrates sports and orthopedic physical therapy with pelvic floor health, working with pregnant and postpartum patients and active people returning to the activities they love, and uses manual therapy, sport-specific exercise, dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and taping; she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Herman & Wallace pelvic floor trained, and a 200-hour yoga teacher.
