Dr. Katie Balgeman, PT, DPT, CLT

Owner of Personal Wellness Physical Therapy, an out-of-network, private-pay pelvic health and lymphedema practice based in Ahwatukee (Phoenix) and serving the Arizona East Valley. Dr. Balgeman earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University (Mesa, AZ) and a BS from Colorado State University; she has treated pelvic floor and women's health conditions exclusively since 2015 and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (Klose Training) with additional oncology-rehabilitation training. She treats pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder/bowel/sexual dysfunction, abdominal and pelvic pain, birth prep and postpartum recovery, cancer-treatment side effects, lymphedema, and lipedema, and also offers SoftWave tissue-regeneration therapy.
