Dr. Cara Atwell is an orthopedic physical therapist and co-owner of GOfit Physical Therapy in Annapolis, Maryland. A board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, she is also a Certified Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapist, Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist in dry needling, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, focusing on female athletes, postpartum women, and women across the lifespan through manual therapy paired with targeted exercise; she has a lifelong background in dance.
