Dr. Alyssa Stewart, PT, DPT, NCPT

Dr. Alyssa Stewart is a physical therapist, Pilates instructor, and the founder of Empower PT in Tampa, Florida. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, comprehensively certified in Pilates for rehabilitation since 2009, with additional training in Active Release Technique, myofascial release, the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Range Conditioning, Titleist Performance Institute golf fitness, LSVT BIG for Parkinson's disease, and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise; her care combines hands-on treatment, individualized exercise, and education.
