Dr. Alex Frost, PT, DPT

Dr. Alex Frost is a physical therapist and the owner of ForeMotion Physical Therapy in San Rafael, California, located inside the Perform for Golf facility. He provides orthopedic physical therapy for patients of all ages and specializes in rehabilitating and training golfers, offering TPI golf performance sessions with movement assessment and video swing analysis. He earned a physiology degree from UCLA (2013) and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary's University in Los Angeles, is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Medical Level 3 physical therapist, and completed his final clinical internship at EXOS in San Diego. Out-of-network, cash-based practice for all commercial insurance (in-network with Medicare only) offering in-clinic visits; superbills provided and HSA/FSA accepted.
