Dr. Aimee Bennett is a pelvic health physical therapist and co-founder of Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness in Alpharetta, Georgia. After spending most of her career in outpatient sports physical therapy, she now focuses on pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health concerns such as incontinence, prolapse, and diastasis recti, and on helping women return to exercise after childbirth; she is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and certified in dry needling.
