How it works

2. 2Your plan sets its own “fair price” for the visit and reimburses a percentage of that after your out-of-network deductible.
3. 3You submit the paperwork to your insurer (we walk you through it) — most people hear back in 4–6 weeks.

Physical therapy for a specific condition is generally a qualified medical expense, so you can usually pay with pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars.
