SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the RightPT text-message (SMS/MMS) program and are part of the RightPT Terms of Use. By opting in or providing your mobile number for text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

RightPT may send text messages related to your account and bookings, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, account and security notices, and — if you opt in — occasional marketing messages.

2. Consent

2.1 Opt-In. By enrolling, providing your mobile number, or texting us, you consent to receive text messages from RightPT at that number, including messages sent using an automated system.

2.2 Not a Condition of Purchase. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use the Services without enrolling in marketing texts.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. RightPT does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may.

4. Opt-Out and Help

4.1 Opt-Out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation and will stop sending texts, except you may receive transactional messages necessary to complete or support a transaction you initiated.

4.2 Help. For help, reply HELP or contact us at admin@rightpt.com.

5. Carriers

Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

6. Eligibility

The SMS program is available to users in the United States who are at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

7. Health Information

To protect your privacy, RightPT does not include sensitive clinical or diagnostic detail in text messages. Please do not send sensitive health information by text; contact your provider directly by phone or email instead.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it for the purpose of third parties’ own marketing.

9. Changes and Contact
