The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), requires us to tell you — at or before the point of collection — what categories of personal information we collect and why. Patients and Visitors

We collect identifiers (such as your name, email, and phone), account and booking information, payment information (processed by Stripe), health-related information (that you seek or receive physical therapy and your appointment details), device and usage data, and approximate location. We use this information to operate the marketplace, connect you with independent providers, process payments, communicate with you, support safety and fraud prevention, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information; we may “share” limited data for analytics/advertising, which you can opt out of via Your Privacy Choices. We keep information as described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice.

Providers

We collect identifiers and account details, professional and verification information (such as license, NPI, credentials, and malpractice details), and business and banking information for payouts (processed by Stripe). We use this information to verify and list you, operate the marketplace, facilitate bookings and payouts, support safety and fraud prevention, and comply with law. We use your approximate location to show nearby providers. You can change this anytime in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy.
